Too, Inc. (referred to herein as “Too”, the “Company”, “we” or “us”) is the operator of two specialty retailing businesses, Limited Too and Justice. We were established in 1987 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Limited, Inc. (“The Limited” or “Limited Brands”).
