TransGlobe Energy Corporation (referred to herein as "TransGlobe" or the "Company") and its wholly owned subsidiaries TransGlobe Oil and Gas Corporation, TransGlobe International (Holdings) Inc., (referred to herein as "TransGlobe International") and TG Holdings Yemen Inc. ("TG Yemen") are primarily engaged in the exploration for, development, and production of, oil and gas in New Mexico and Montana in the United States and the Republic of Yemen.
