We were incorporated in Nevada in April 2004 under the name Ameriprint International Ltd. to engage in the business of providing printing and packaging solutions to entities of all sizes and to specialize in providing templated, low cost, quality printing of high volume, high turnover print materials. We conducted minimal operations in this area and discontinued these operations in January 2006.
