Our Background and Development. TMEX USA, Inc., a Nevada corporation, formerly Swiss Cellular Laboratories, Inc. ("Company"), was incorporated pursuant to the laws of the State of Nevada on July 29, 1987, as a wholly owned subsidiary of NuTek, Inc., a Nevada corporation, formerly Swiss Technique, Inc. ("NuTek").
