United Bancorporation of Alabama, Inc. (the “Corporation” or the “Company”) is a one-bank financial holding company, with headquarters in Atmore, Alabama. The Corporation was incorporated under the laws of Delaware on March 8, 1982 for the purpose of acquiring all of the issued and outstanding capital stock of The Bank of Atmore, Atmore, Alabama (“Atmore”) and Peoples Bank, Frisco City, Alabama (“Peoples”).
