Univec also assists pharmaceutical companies in marketing, fulfillment, and tracking drug samples. Univec produces auto-disable and safety syringes. The Company is a Delaware corporation incorporated on October 7, 1996, and the successor by merger to UNIVEC, Inc., a New York corporation, incorporated on August 18, 1992.
