Uranium Star Corp was incorporated in the State of Nevada on March 1, 2004 and established a fiscal year end of June 30. We are a start-up, exploration stage company engaged in the search for gold, uranium and other minerals. We have not had any bankruptcy, receivership or similar proceeding since incorporation.
