Prior to January 5, 1999, the Company was engaged in the business of providing specialized industrial cleaning and other services to divisions and facilities of Fortune 500 companies and other substantial businesses engaged in heavy industry. Such services generally involved the removal of industrial grime, deposits, wastes, encrustations or coatings from equipment and facilities.
