TotalMed, Inc. (f/k/a Fonecash, Inc.) (the "Company") was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware on August 7, 1997. We changed our name to TotalMed, Inc. on May 11, 2005. During the fourth quarter of December 2002, the Company began to wind down its operations.
