Victory Divide Mining Company (Company) was originally incorporated on May 26, 1921 under the laws of the State of Nevada. The Company's original Articles of Incorporation were oriented toward mining operations; however, the company's Articles of Incorporation were restated and amended in 2006 to reflect current business operating trends.

In prior periods, the Company's common stock has traded on both the San Francisco Mining Exchange and the over the counter market.
