Introduction

     We are a vertically integrated company providing non-hazardous solid waste collection, transfer, processing, and disposal services in the south and central regions of the United States. As of December 31, 2006, we served approximately 250,000 commercial, industrial and residential customers in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
