We are the surviving company in a series of transactions involving Fast Forward Marketing, Inc., a California corporation, that was incorporated on March 15, 2002, Kanakaris InternetWorks, Inc., a Delaware corporation that was incorporated on February 25, 1997, Desience Corporation, a California corporation that was incorporated on April 17, 1984, and Big Tex Enterprises, a Nevada corporation that was incorporated on November 1, 1991.
