Wi-Tron, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we," "us," "our," the "Company") incorporated in Delaware on December 14, 1995 as the successor to Amplidyne, Inc., a New Jersey corporation ("Amplidyne-NJ"), which was incorporated in October 1988. O November 4, 2005, as part of our current restructuring and the development of a new product strategy, we changed our name to Wi-Tron, Inc. Our common stock trades on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol WTRO.OB.
