The Company's fabricated products include welded steel plate girders and rolled beams used in the construction of bridges and other projects, "Stay-In- Place" metal bridge deck forms used in bridge construction, and light structural metal products. The Company has historically obtained raw materials from a variety of sources, on a competitive basis, and was generally not dependent on any one source of supply.
