Winland Electronics, Inc. (the “Company”) was incorporated as a Minnesota corporation in October 1972. The Company designs and manufactures custom electronic controls and assemblies primarily for original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) customers, providing services from early concept studies through complete product realization. Revenues from OEM customers provided 89.2% of the Company’s total revenue in 2005.
