NZ securities commission have listed Richmond Capital Management (South Korea) on their watchlist for share scams.

Was called in Dubai numerous times over 2 month period - even after hanging up on these guys 3 or 4 times!

I've been contacted by Kipling Mercer & Co. LLC regarding my SVIO shares. They offered 26 USD per share, and the acquisition is said to be handled via Northern State Co. (an insurance company)

Total Vendors Bond is 4% and Commission 3% in total.

Does anybody have the same experience, and has this company been listed on any web page or other public places for fraud or scam.

I recommend everyone to refrain from this offer as I called the insurance company for further information, but strangely got in contact with Kipling Mercer & Co. LLC instead??? Guess someone there made a serious mistake.

Let's have any news of upcoming companies listed on this site, good or bad, in order to have a chance to track down the bad guys!

i was contacted out of the blue by a company called Cambridge Consulting http://www.cambridge-consult.com/. regarding shares in Savior Energy, with the story that GE are going to buy into them and this was only known in small circles and the share price was set to raise from US$6.00 to US$ 9.50 in three months. i dont know what was up with me on the day that i received the call from Paul Jones (if thats his real name) but i agreed over the phone to purchase US$30,000 worth of shares - total of 5,000 of them. afterwards i done some research into both companies in PARTICULAR cambridge consulting and found out through my sources that this is a pure and utter con. these people are con-artists just out for your hard earned cash. the following day their 'finance officer' called me looking for me to transfer the money to their account etc. at which point i tore into him and discredited their whole operation, then my call was picked up by 'Paul Jones' and he received the same talking down from me, they had no answers to the questions i put to them, they were like kids found with their hands in the cookie jar, i have not received any call from them sence then, so dont be afraid to tell these guys to go fcuk themselfs when they call you.

to be fair they have a lot of work done on the web site and the emails they send out look professional and above board, they are good con-men for sure with the phone answering services and the range of fake names and email addresses that they use to get their slimey hands on your cash. DONT BE FOOLED - dont buy anything that they are selling - I hope that this notice will be of some use to someone who receives any communication from these people -my advice is Hand up the phone, dont be foolish with your money - I SOMETHING SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE - THEM MORE THAN LIKELY IT IS..........

I live in Abu Dhabi, and I just had my third call in 2 months from Richmond Capital in S. Korea. The first was just to confirm my address, the second to see if I received their company brochure, and today I was given the top secret, breaking news that Savior had signed a deal last night with GE, and I could make a killing if I bought 8,000 shares @ $5.70 each. Being a Scotsman, and tight with money, I smelled a rat and it didn't take long to google up the truth. Just for fun, I kept the "stockbroker" on the phone for half an hour, then told her "No thanks".
I must admit, she sounded convincing however.

PS I want to know how some of the posts here already knew about the GE deal months ago when it was only signed last night? LOL.

Dont touch Savior, Global Media or Lasertek, through any of these fraudulent companies including Richmond Capital Management and Sovereign Global Trading, they're all in on the scam.

Hi there, I just got the call from Richmond Capital MGT also, a guy called Frank Martin and the investment in Saviour Energy. Minimum of 1,800 shares at $5.70 (to be over $10 in 3months!), but when I told him I was not interested it wetn down to 900, then 500 shares!

Anyway, a little bit of research here and it's an obvious scam (convincing on the phone so, so I can see how those not doing research would be duped).

00827078945548 was the phone number 0082237824820 the fax.

The actual number he called forom though (I dont know if this was a mistake) was 0086423627837 (A Chinese number).

Anyway, dont fall for it, I'm going to string them along for a while, maybe fax a false payment transmittal or something fun.

Seems some people just do not understand so I try to summarise for you.
Sovereign Global Trading, Cambridge Consulting, Kipling Mecer, Goodwin Capital Management, Yoshida Financial Services, Carlton Global Trading, and and and etc. etc. etc (there are many names I can offer) are all one and the same organisation. The shares they sell in Savior Energy and Global Media are a scam. Both these companies are 'Shell' companies set up in Canada at virtual offices. The companies are all in it together along with one or two US based organisations supporting things. The entire operation is run out of Philippines with satellite operations in Bangkok and Singapore and probably other places too in SE Asia. It is part of a multi-Billion Dollar scam involving many banks and some high ranking people with loads of money and some seriously ugly friends.
If you get a call and it sounds too good to be true, you can be 110% sure it is too good to be true and you will lose every penny you have. The scam is simple. It plays on human nature. Greed and curiosity (what if it were true, I could retire and buy a Porsche and a Yacht) and relies on ignorance. Never give money to someone you have never met based on a dream.
Your money is lost and all those on the fools board who claim to have been repaid are talking out of their ass and most likely actually part of the scam itself to keep the curiosity levels up. Notice how no one actually says how they got the money back. They just asked for it straight or what? Excuse me fine sir, the money you stole, can I have it back please? Thanks. ........ I do not think so.
