the guy is a great example of the peter principle. i used to participate in conference calls where we were discussing $100+ million deals and he would not be listening to/understanding what was going on, focusing instead on surfing the web for collector's edition baseball cards. he ascended to ceo by default, where only a short time before he had been at the manager -- not even director -- level. but he quickly began to believe his own bs. i say again, the peter principle. the peter principle. the peter principle.

That's what you had in mind.
Sorry, but I didn't know such an expression, so I asked you about them.
Could it happen that such bad executives may influence the stock price of the company? Just take a look at the chart and you will see a downtrend and nothing more.
