One day before Language Access announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Interim Support to purchase certain assets of its wholly owned subsidiary Language Access Network, over one million shares were bought. Some people had an idea to earn some cash but the stock price at the day of the announcement reached $0.036. It went even lower as the day before.
Why is that?

I don't understand what happened to this stock. It went from $7 to hovering around .04 cents. Something seems very fishy with this... Any explanations?

Maybe the business in video language interpretation services worldwide is not as popular as the company thought it to be...maybe none need it, so the stock is going down...
It's just my guess...
