Look at dillard's stock over the past year. There need to be multiple external independent audits and an investigation into the ethics with which this man and this company conduct their business.

I have had the opportunity to work all over the country and in many industries. Never have I seen such a joke of upper mgmt. Imagine 4:30pm on black Friday ....just getting the word to your stores that oh that huge back log of singing fish should be pushed from stock rooms to floor to sell. Spending mega dollars in advertising never to get the sale to the floor in many instances. What an arrogant individual he is....not interested in developing his people. Treating employess like they were invisible while in store... quite astounding to me. 9/11 we were the only store to stay open. The only customers we had were shoplifters. Employees were beside themselves - they wanted to get out this public environment and be with family and find out if their loved ones in NY were ok.... What a joke the Dillards are....I would hate to be in their distance on their judgment day.
