Dear Sir,

I am forced to write you this letter, just to enlighten you about services your customer is getting from your Punjabi Bagh Branch.

My self Dinesh Gupta account no.: 629401133340, Branch Nehru Place. Today the 12th Nov I gave cheque of Rupee 15000 to one of my friend to withdraw that money from my account. First of all the behaviors of your cashier were so rude, said very rudely said signature is not matching, my friend insist them to call me and clear the issue, they said they cannot call all customer to clear the issue. After that my friens visited manager office we was so busy in sharing the jokes with staff and staff and manager was sitting on chiar and customer is standing in front of themâ¦..liked this total matter took 1 hours to clear the payment. And when my friend said that we will make your complaint, manager and cashier said that do whatever you can do, we have seen so many people like you.

Sir, I am feeling bad to write a complaint, but your Punjabi bagh branch behavior is very very rude with customers. They take care of only those customer who is regular and give gifs to them time to time.

I was operating my account in Syndicate Bank, and transferred to ICICI Bank because of service you were giving that time.

Now I am forces to close my account, as also will ask other friends who have account with ICICI just because of bad behavior ad bad servises you are giving o customer.

Sir, please look in to matter and take serious action against your Punjabi bagh or if any other branch is behaviong like this, today is a market of service, if you give good service, you will stand in market, otherwise others will take benefit of this bad service.

Pls reply back and pls do update me about action.

Dear Madam,

Happy Holi & best wishes for the fantastic financial results & growth in all respect. I am also a customer of ICICI Bank having account in NOIDA (U.P.). Recently, I have been transferred to Singrauli (M.P.) which is a power centre of the country having 3 power stations of NTPC, 2 power stations of UPRVUNL, 1 power station each of LANCO Infratech, Reliance Power & Neyveli Lignite Corporation (under consideration), HINDALCO Industries Aluminium smelter, NCL's 9 mega coal projects & other ancilliary industries. The money transaction of this area is more than any B Class city. Even some of the branches of SBI and Union Bank of India are within first three top branches of M.P. in terms of money transaction. I am really surprised that your bank has no presence in this place rather you have opened branches at SIDHI (130 km away) and Robertsganj (110 km away) where money transaction is much less as compared to Singrauli region. Also, the average salary of Singrauli is more than Rs.16000/-, people have purchasing power, money to spent but there is no private bank to facilitate quick & multi-purpose transactions, credit facilities, etc. Due to this, there is no presence of Malls, Food Joints like Pizza Hut, Mc Donalds, etc.

It is our sincere request that a full-fledged branch if ICICI Bank should be opened in this upcoming area as early as possible. Singrauli is becoming important day by day and has already been recognised as Power Centre of the country. I hope you will definitely look into the matter and we will have a new branch very soon in this area in 2008-09.

This is regarding second sale home loan to Prem singh for Flat no 504, Building 1, Lord shiva Paradise, chota masoba maidan, kalyan west, given by your ICICI home loan Kalyan branch, first they royally took 2 months to disburse the amt, due to which i had to incurr extra expenses as i had to pay 2 more EMI's, also the balance amt needs to be paid to me by ICICI, which they have not released, citing that documents are required. My contention is that you make the DD for difference amount and hand it over to me against the originals required. As i cant run behind your organisation for the diff amt, as you have an uncanny knack of not delivering things on time, i want this correspondence to be sent to the highest level so that your apathy can be highlighted.

I was a customer of ICICI Bank. I availed housing loan and foreclosed on 1st August 2008. They informed that it will take 15 days to get the documents. Even a ordinary nationalised bank is giving the documents in 3-4 days time, ICICI Bank is taking 15 days to handover the document. For the past 5 days I am visiting ICICI Bank to get the document and they are replying their server is not working and it will take another one weeks time. It is atrocious. They should learn the delivery system from dubbawalas, Mumbai. Probably ICICI Bank should send their senior executives to get training from dubbawalas.
Imagine, a so called premier bank's server is not working for the past 4 days and it will take another 7 days, what is the image they are creating to the world. Ms. Morparia, please wake up and do something to save the image of India and indian banks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Madam,

We had been working with ICICI as their business associate for the last 6 years & have given huge volumes of Business through 2 wheeler retail finance. We had also availed Inventory Finance from ICICI.

During the last 18 months we have witnessed the contrast in the attitude & the working culture of the Bank. Our pending payments with ICICI which the bank has accumulated to lacs of Rupees. Despite several letters & reminders at various levels, no heed is being paid to resolve our issue. As a matter of Goodwill gesture, we cleared our Inventory Funding Balances before the dates, payments were due. Our actions were not taken into consideration by ICICI & the Officials of ICICI have denied to even Honor to their own written committments.

We are not the only one who have been CHEATED by ICICI.

We request you that in case ICICI believes in what he has mentioned in his Press Release, please give us opportunity to prove our point & investigate the matter. We had already made up our mind of taking the legal recourse when we came across this webpage & thought to give the last try before taking up the matter before the competent authorities of RBI & Media. Looking forward to hear from you soon.

I take the opportunity to bring this issue before you. The undersigned is a card holder of your esteemed bank for the last 8 Yrs. unfortunately from the last august stopped receiving the statement and subsequently registered innumerable complaint at your centralised complaint cell. In spite of repeated request nothing happened and subsequently the onus for the late payment and penalty (which has a snow ball effect over the last few months) was transferred on my shoulder! There is nothing principal amount pending from my side.



I am thoroughly harassed by your Telecallers over the phone and sometime with a threat of "dire consequence"!



The so called outstanding is not even a miniscule amount for the financial Institute like ICICI but also not a major issue for the undersigned! The real issue is I am being penalised for the lackadaisical approach of the bank. Ethically and morally speaking this is not done and this will definitely be detrimental for the reputation of your bank.



I hope you will look into the matter and the matter will be resolved!

With reference to the mail and the attached credit card statement,I ;vent made any purchase by the card in the last 2 month.The purchase detail are also not mentioned.I 've already asked by making phone to customer care to surrender the card 15 days before.but none of the officer appear.In this regard I 've given my phone no. also to the officer to contact me.Also as the whole amount due was deducted from my account last month.After that also some 870 Rs./- bill came,So I asked the officer to reverse it and he accepted the request.

Please tell me what to do,I am asking you for your favor other wise i 've to go to Police or Customer forum to address the problem.

I was working with M/s Western India Shipyard Limited, Mormugao Harbour, GOA from 1995 to 2005.

I left the company in 2005 because of some Management Problem.

Western India Shipyard Limited is connected with ICICI bank & that yard is run by your ICICI.

But till date they have not clear my dues (full & final) Rs. 1,06522=00. Inspite of repeted request.

ICICI bank is a cheater bank.... I have also taken loan form ICICI bank and realised that I am dealing with a bank which is having no integrity and which fundamentals are based on the cheating to it's individual Customer.

No doubt icici banbk is big in volumn but is house of big cheaters and faruds. Either Upper management is party to illegalactivities of the so called executives or doesnot care to set the house in order. At regualr intervals you get big stories of man handling of customers by hired goons, inspite of the fcats no down fall has been noted. let us see with the entry of new CEO how much down fall is noted in such cases.

I am a NRI customer of ICICI Bank . Unfortunately I made a wrong decision to Bank with ICICI Bank. So far my experience with ICICI Bank has been bitter . I fail to understand your policies of your customer support service. Some of my basic requests to the Bank are not being met inspite of repeated follow-ups with your RMs ,. I had picked your bank, as it is the lesser of the all evil (banks) in the India to transfer funds to india. i currently have both a money to india and NRI account with icici.My experience till date, in 3yrs, has been the worst banking experience, more like a nightmare.The Customer Service Center definitely takes the award. The repesentatives are like parrots / robots repeating the same information again and again no matter what my concern or query is. they have been taught a few lines of english that they have taken an oath to reiterate come what may. they have learned a fancy term/tool " ticket tracking" using which they open and close ticket at their will , without any updates to the customer.Summary: It's annoying puppet show with annoying music(the icici tune) most recent of my problems, was a simply password recovery on the money to india site, which should have never happened in the first place since i was entering right password and still erroring out. the website with it's UI interface and page flows is atrocious.. so much for the land of IT developers and brainiacs. Here is where the IT team at icici gets its duly deserved award for being the best at being the worst. noone can outshine them{heavy sarcasm}. I think the product never went through a cycle of Quality assurance and they dared to deploy it for their overseas customers. a simple thing like a 'not madatory' marked field does not let you submit the form unless populated. to the IT team: what in the world where you thinking when you developed the app??. This is what happens when students with 50% marks in HSC get admitted to an Engineering seat based on quota system.

..continuing .....Lastly kudos (and i mean it with utmost sarcasm and evil intention) and the award goes to the so-called "processing team" in Mumbai.Here they need more than 48 hours to compare information on an email to the info on the file and reset and generate ( which is most likely automated) a temp password. this is the most menial of jobs and to do this they need escalated ticket only then will they work on it.I can picture this team like many of the government dept , where employee frequently take chai breaks, gossip, take a afternoon siesta ( also called nap) and slack 100% when it comes to work. Ineffiency at its best and peaking.
With 3 yrs of time wasted calling up CC center, opening numerous tickets, threatening and even reporting to OMBUDS, i have decided to take get back at the company in my own way..It is a bank of Nincompoops! and you as the president of the company, Ms Kochhar is the biggest goof.so all you three teams, including the CEO Ms Chanda Kochar can read this letter and shove it where the sun don't shine (for those who did not understand , it seems shove it put your ASS

I would blindly vouch for whatever is said above. My experiences with Internet banking offered by bank (which they are proudly dipicts) was horrible. Most of the time I transfer funds...it goes through at that time...and the bank deducts a charge for the same. however after 2-3 days the amount credits back to my account, resulting in timely non-payment of loan amount in other bank. calling up customer service was again nightmare, first the long IVR to reach the agent...then the agent putting you on hold, then having no clue of the problrm, not providing a escalation person, then disconnection of line, then again the same process.
when I write to the manager, the reply is its a genuine deduction so no reversal or the charge for debit card transaction needs to be checked with the retail where I made the transaction. only solution left was to either go the consumer court , press or the Chanda Kochhar. not sure if this e-mail reches to the right person...or its just a blog.

Hi,
I've been trading with icicidirect for the past 4+ years. Of late I'm observing that the quality of service has gone down. Today, in the F&O segment, I could not trade for over an hour in the morning. when asked they say just a sorry. It is pathetic that one of icici bank's subsidiary is providing such a poor service. I need compensation for the loss i suffered.
