Hi Kylie,
If we look at the valuation of this company, it is basically bankrupt and untradable. Furthermore the stewardship of this company has been appaling. It previously had a very healthy revenue stream when oil was half the price it is now. Yet now with oil at $100.00 a barrel revenues are pitiful. So to answer your question, I have no interest in trading this stock and looking at the markets now does anyone else. Will it come back? not with this directorship.

D. Elroy Fimrite is simply a *** wearing a suit. He has left so much carnage in his wake that I find it hard to believe that he's still walking around a free man. I've had extensive experience with this guy. He is defintely all talk. He's a great salesman, tireless worker and truly believes in his vision but is always unable to deliver due to lack of capital. Anyone who takes a serious look into his past performance will walk on any opportunity presented by this snake oil salesman. In the end, he only thinks about himself but nevers has a dime of his own money at risk.

I helped Elroy raise over $2,000,000.00 and told investers that we we're going to retrofit existing wells and make it profitable, we never did anything but divert the money to other ventures and now i've been fired by Elroy. It cost's 12% more to get the little bit of oil and lots of salt water than we gross on the oil but we doo it so we can raise more money from stupid investers.

Mathon Adversaries Come to Terms: Slade, Williams Work to Get Money Back for Investors

Jan. 24--Formerly fierce adversaries in an alleged investment fraud scheme involving a Mesabased company have decided to cooperate to maximize the return of money to investors, the two sides said Monday.

Duane Slade and Guy Williams, former managers of two Mathon funds accused by the state of Arizona of operating a Ponzi scheme, and James Sell, the court-appointed conservator of the Mathon entities, said they are working together to maximize the return of an estimated $77 million owed to investors.

The investors, many of them East Valley residents, gave their money to the Mathon funds based on promises of lavish returns. According to investigators from the Arizona Corporation Commission, early investors were repaid from money received from later investors, not from legitimate business activities of the fund.

Slade and Williams, who operated Mesa-based Slade Williams and Associates, contended they operated a legitimate business of providing high-interest loans to borrowers, many of them real estate developers, who need quick cash.

But their funds were seized by the state and Sell was appointed conservator to recover investors' money in April 2005 following the ACC investigation. Sell quickly ran into strong opposition from Slade, Williams and some investors who opposed to the state takeover and believed he was not recovering full value for Mathon's real estate assets.

In December, three Mathon Fund entities filed for reorganization in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Phoenix to facilitate the recovery of assets. Also attempts by some investors, supported by Slade and Williams, to have Sell removed as conservator if the bankruptcy case were unsuccessful.

On Monday Sell said he is close to recovering $16 million so far and he believes he eventually can recover $40 million to $60 million.

Grant Woods, attorney for Slade and Williams, said the climate has changed partly because his clients are being allowed to participate in recovering assets, which they previously were not permitted to do.

"Now everyone realizes the best way to maximize the return to investors is for everyone to work on this together," Woods said. "Duane and Guy are in the best position to work on these deals. I think it was a difficult situation when they weren't allowed to participate."

Slade and Williams are not being paid for their work, and they are paying their own expenses, Woods said.

Sell said he hopes to take advantage of the "honeymoon" to file an official liquidation plan with the bankruptcy court within 90 days and begin distribution of funds he has recovered back to investors. All the parties have agreed that continued legal battling would only result in higher attorney fees and reduce the amount of money available for investors, he said.

Sell also agreed that previous allegations he made in an interim report filed with the Maricopa County Superior Court overstated the seriousness of Slade's gambling activities in Las Vegas.

Instead of being present for 45 days at the Bellagio gaming tables in early 2005, Slade was present at 45 sessions on seven days, Sell said. Also Slade used only personal funds for gambling, not investor funds, and the amount of money gambled was less than the $2.2 million mentioned in the interim report.

Sell said the report was based on a misinterpretation of information filed by the Bellagio with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

"It was a case of being only a little pregnant," he said.

A trial of Slade and Williams on civil charges of violating state securities laws is scheduled to begin in August in Superior Court, but Woods said an out-ofcourt settlement of those issues is possible.

"Right now we're working closely with the investors' committee and with Sell (to recover investors' money)," he said. "My view is when we get to the spring and the summer, everyone is going to have to decide if we are going to try this case."

I’m not sure links work on this board so you can copy and paste if needed. The first link below will give you all the information regarding the ties between Texen Oil and Mathon. Everything I know regarding these companies was found on Google. Investors should always do their research before trusting others with their money. If you’ve been scammed by any of the people mentioned in this thread, I’d contact the Arizona ACC, the FBI in Phoenix (working the case), or Mathonconservatorship.com. I don’t know what will become of the FBI probe, my guess is that they are hoping to someday find the millions of missing investor dollars stashed in offshore accounts. But, with folks like Madoff and our top banking and insurance institutions ripping off to the tune of billions, the little guys may ride off into the sunset untouched.

There is not very many interesting things that can be said about this man. I have been investigating this *** for about a year now! These are crooks! Nothing more than thieves that this world needs to stop before he becomes our next Maddoff.. Inditments will come down for this group, right here in the USA. hi, Marilyn, I see you have your own opinion on this man but how is it that you just posted your opinion about Elroy but you didn't introduce any facts about him! What has he done so bad to you that you feel contempt towards him.
If you told that, maybe that wouldn't sound like you don't know this person at all, just like to post false comments and destroy the image of other people.

I do wish a wondeful "good morning" to you, Mr. Wizard! I must take a moment and appologize to you before I continue with my long awaited responce to your thoughts posted at the end of last week regarding investments in the company known as SNRG. I found myself with extensive travel plans and was dissappointed to find that I had no possible way to contact you ...to respond to your thoughts. Please do accept my deepest appologies. If you are one of the "travelers" in the world, you would totally understand my situation, but when you leave your battery pack for your laptop at the hotel, it sort of leaves you "up a creek without a paddle". It is rare to find myself in that situation, so please accept my appology.

I must also appologize here for my ignorance regarding this conversation! We are talking about the same man here? Right? I was referring to the man who now runs a company otherwise known as SNRG, Mr. Douglas Elroy Femrite?? If not, my very deepest appologies to all. But if so ...then every word that I have said was of truth as I know it. I seem to carry the very same opinions of Mr. Douglas Elroy Femrite that are felt by most all investors who have ever had the displeasure of having met this man! Am I missing something here? Why my opinion would be so shocking to is a little humorous to me. I have noticed that in all of the time posted, you had not one word to say, but my opinion has upset you greatly to the point that you have finally spoken! Then, I must say, it is wonderful to finally have heard from you.

Let's start here ...shall we? If I were an investor ...I would first start by looking past the gorgeous man in the fine silk suit, smooth talking me out of my hard earned money. Dig a little deeper! There is so much information on the company and it's owners and operators! All you have to do is LOOK! Start by researching the past 13 companies that Mr. Douglas Femrite was either in charge of, or had high affiliation with. In all 13 companies listed, not one company has held a success record. All 13 are listed as total failures. I will list all 13 companies so each interested investor can take thier time and research the material on those 13. I do hope that you were not one of those investors that ended up losing thier lifes savings!

I am quite shocked that you call yourself a wizard, but yet seem to know nothing of this? Not one of the 13 companies have yet actually yeilded any profits for the investors. They should all take a good look into these companies and thier questionable business practices. Investors? You actually should have seen a red flag, right from the start! Your instincts and intuitions that we were all born with, should have been SCREAMING at all of you! Be ever so careful where you choose to invest money! Your future depends on this information. Be thorough while. you search.. look past the smooth talker wearing a fine suit.. Looks can be so decieving.

The actions of many is under serious question at this moment. I do believe that many inditements will soon follow. Then, finally, those responsible for these actions will face the end of the business practices as we see them. Justice will soon follow.. Until then, Invest into the entertainment business. Through hard times such as these are today, money is best profited from the enjoyments of entertainment. or...modern technologies....such as green technology, depending only on ourselves and not holding such a large dependence on foriegn treasures.

One more thing for all of you... but, especially to you, Mr. Wizard. Mr. Douglas Femrite has done nothing to me, personally. I have never had to endure the displeasure of meeting such a patsy ...and, nor would I!! Research is a good thing. You get to see what people are actually like before you waste your precious time having to meet with them! I do love new technology! But, truely, I have no contempt for any man. I only hold contemp for the acts in which the man in question may have done. Even if it were not real, why would anyone seriously wish to invest any of thier money?? That does leave you with a much bigger possibility of LOSING it all!

Mr. Wizard ... I do wish to thank you though. It is a rare treat for me that I get to spend my Valentines Day in thoughts of a mysterious wizard waving around his mighty wand! It did so make me smile. Thank you for the smiles on V. Day..

There is a very good quote that I heard once upon a time, Mr. Wizard. I wished to share it with you this morning, but maybe you have already heard of it. The quote reads like this "One bad apple can spoil the whole bushel of apples". If this concept is accurate, then please tell us all, what would happen if most of the apples on the top of this bushel were bad apples? Could you imagine the stench of the apples that lay at the bottom of this bushel? I would have hoped that every educated investor would have remembered that quote long before they have decided to invest thier money! From this point on in thier lives, I do hope that they begin to.

I am a very smart lady and I do hold myself well. I wish you only the very best, Mr. Wizard. Scams to stay clear of... Nigerian! Better watch those scammers! From what I have read, no matter how you try to scam the scammer, he just may come back and bite you! Words to the wise. I could have written a script better than that in my sleep! Whoever tried to pull off that scam, which I fully support, was in need of better direction in thier efforts. Nigerians are very good at what they do. I would have loved to have been on that team! Nigerians would not have walked away with one dime! I also have studied them and thier tactics as well. That has to be the funniest scam I have heard of ...as of yet. You are the wizard! Marilin, you are a very interesting lady. Where do you come from? I get the sense you may not live in the US. Thank-you for your input. There must be some reason for you to have investigated this man. Did he burn you or a friend or family member? You say that you have not met him but speak of silk suits and plastic surgery.

I think we are talking about the same man, but, you do spell his name wrong.

Where does your information come from that criminal indictments are in this man's/group future.

A little research of the companies you mentioned was quite compelling if I may say.

Marilyn, thank you for painting the situation of the company to me. I am really grateful to have found such valuable information about SNRG.

I just can't stop thinking that someone might be still wanting to invest in the company like SNRG. It's part of the Pink Sheets which hide all the information from investors. In this case, there is nothing told about the financial side of the company up to 2006.

On the pink sheet site, the company has a red flag where it is written that the information available on the company is limited, so the less information, the less you trust in such guys.

I don't trust them at all right now.

Good morning to you all! AND, so wonderful to hear from you also Duane! I have a big picture of you right on my office wall! We do share some of the same "old aquaintences" in the USA! I was so worried about you for ages now! I was hoping that you still have all 5 toes on each foot? I "sorta" felt a little bad for you back then.. Good to see that you are still kicking! But, I have to admit, you will not be the only one indited to go off to prison! You are just one of about 7 or 8.

Maybe I will give you a movie to enjoy.. Anyone reading this... Have you seen the movie "The Boiler Room"? It was about a good friend of mine involved in the 70's, Pittsburgh, USA land scandal. He also looked sharp in a silk suit and could take anything off of a lady that he chose to have! He, like you, got arrested and spent 5 years in a federal prison. I learned alot about ponzy scams. Actually, I am called a good bit for my opinion alone!
For me, this was a sad movie. A good friend of mine went down that day. From then until now, I have studies the scams around the world until someone took notice that I seem to have the knowledge that everyone seemed to be looking for. I have possession of more knowledge than you could ever dream of! SO... I got hired!

GM Wizard... I almost forgot something! (Lord forbid that I do that) The company known as Texen Oil "became" the company we have all come to know today as SNRG in the year of 2006. This could possibly be the reason that you are having difficulty finding any finacial reports on them before the year 2006?? See, at that time, SNRG did not even yet exist. I do hope that this information also has cleared up some confusion you may have had on this issue. Again, you have a most wonderful day..

This is all quite entertaining indeed. Marilyn, why encourage someone to become a fugitive when you and your clients (through you) always know where these people are? Why would going to to the jungle or beaches of Costa Rica or elsewhere to "hide" exempt their misdeeds? The USA can extradite them.

Thanks to UBS opening the door, many thieves will be caught soon anyhow through plain old tax evasion. Technology will prevail.

Personally, I think it won't be long until he is gone! I really can't blame him. The acts against the mormans was aready completed. He will be on the "fast track" to nowhere.

And, for the second thought! You are soooo right! Modern technology! They tore me up this year on taxes!! They kept owing me money, not the other way around! Now, the whole event only is costing me an extra $2600 in accounting and legal fees! And, I was overpaid to begin with! All counrties will be looking for thier missing money EVERYWHERE! They are also beginning a mission to stop groups such as these from the world thieving problem. They'll start "cracking down" on companies with ill business practices. You have to be careful with your investments..

I do my job. This is the one job in life that I have difficulty with. Too many people were already hurt, and many more could be! I hate to be a participant in that. If you knew me, you would understand. I am a true sweetheart. This is hard on me as it is. There are a few like me out there. I am only one out of a few of us!

Marilyn, while you have trepidations about your employment assignment, I envy it. I’d like to get paid for what I do for fun. Sounds like a worthy challenge for my enquiring brain!!

Anyway, it seems as though this situation is in good hands with your Charlie’s Angels crew. And yes, there will be flight soon. My guess is in May (after the school year ends). The recent Valentine’s Day trip to Vegas was likely to square away some final gambling debts. Now that the big mansion is auctioned off (as of this week), there will be no reason to stick around AZ much longer.

Those who will be punished made bad choices repeatedly and should pay for their actions. You and I are smart enough to pull off scams but we have ETHICS and MORALS which keep us from doing so, unlike those who claim to be religious. I had a college economics instructor who would say, “Folks, if you’re gonna dance you’re gonna have to pay the piper”. There will be much piper paying soon. Take care. And, just one more thing... Look into and research what actually happened to the Morman community! And, now ...one is professing to become a muslim?? Watch out muslims, here they come! Any of you heard of a company called DFG Gas and Oil or a guy named Craig Dudley? Well My brother in law Chris, who is friends with Duane Slade gave me some information about an investment with this company and this guy. However, just like everything else that Duane Slade gets his hands on never works I lost 15,000 and many other people in the town of Glenns Ferry lost a lot more. I wish I would have just typer Duane Slade in on Yahoo! prior to doing anything. I would gotten my answer that this is not the first scam Duane has been involved in. We have heard every excuse from Duane going to California to meet with Craig Dudley to Craig's mom being in the hospital to Craig's financial adviser dying. One excuse after another so Duane can keep a hold of my money to help pay for his mortgage and the other people he has scammed. I hope I can just help other people in the future to avoid Duane Slade and anything he has an interest in. Duane you truly are a piece of Sh*t. Ryan
