Keith Yee was not competent for the job of CFO and did not do a good job as a CFO. Keith would have better served Tvia as a director of finance or controller. He was divisive and highly political. Not a team player.
Keith Yee does have a lot of knowledge with regards to SEC filings and mechanicals of accounting, but not the caliber to be a CFO or senior management material. |

Keith Yee seems to be not a suitable executive.
Maybe someone sees the recovery of TVIA stock? When are we to wait for it? |

All this bashing about the CFO - I heard David Medin the CTO was no prize executive either.
Forget about Tvia come back - write it off and move on, if you look at companies historically; once they delist to pink sheet they are done short of a miracle. |

| I would like to add that from Keith Yee's previous job prior to Tvia, Keith does not know how to maintain multiple complex relationships. Keith is not strong on the people management side. |
