Welcome to hotstocked.com... What are you trying to say by this? Should we run like the rats from the sinking boat?

History is most definitely repeating itself. Pathological liar. Can't make payroll, pay rent or vendors but still spending frivolously. Hasn't made payroll on time in last 3 pay periods. Staff is beside themselves.

So it depends on management and management strategy... It seems, that they don't have anyone that could prapare a good strategy to wake up from this dead sleep...

This company is all smoke and mirrors A fantasy that was born in the head of the CEO and perpetuated by his yes-man. The VP listed here doens't even work there. They are closing operations around the world and scaling back employees. Their product lives in the marketing material and hype only. Agents who have tried the product are very disappointed. Their webiste looks cool though

Just look at their executive team. It has shrunk dramatically over the last year. What I know is that the product did not exist in a sellable condition and that is why they pulled the plug on the Philippines operations after sinking a lot of good money into trying to convince investors otherwise. The pullout was done overnight leaving paying agencies and existing staff high and dry. One of the most unprofessional acts I have witnessed. I also know the CEO presented numbers to investors he was told were not even close to being accurate. THe CEO is a tyrant and rules with an iron fist he is disliked by his team and mocked behind his back. Believe it or not that is your choice, and in all fairness, a miracle could have happened and they have finally pulled a rabbit out of a hat and delivered a product. I'll believe it when an agent tells me they prefer the Triton product over the other GDS products and they are using it exclusively, but I won't put any money on it.

Now everything you have told has convinced me about bad things happening in the company.
Susan, do you think that the stock price going down is the cause of all the things related to what you have stated?
Are they gonna get out of this situation ever? Or the executives need to be changed? What is your opinion?

The stock was over priced to begin with based on unrealistic projections and no real marketing research. Just like most CEO's looking for investors the financial projections looked like a hockey stick. The Executives in this case are clearly a problem. The product concept is good, but it all falls apart in the execution. The CEO believes he has no competition, laughable! If you look at the numbers, they assume up to a 90% market penetration rate in the first year in some markets. That is not possible in a new market much less an existing market dominated by a few giant GDS companies. The CEO fires anyone who doesn't agree with him or who can't deliver on his unrealistic projections. The CEO considers the CTO his son and is incapable of seeing how poorly he is doing his job. The CTO does not have the skills or experience to be a CTO and I can only assume he is a good developer. The director of China is his girlfriend and the only other qualifications she has to be in that position is that she is Chinese and used to be a flight attendant. go figure. The CEO once stated he owned China. HE made that statement after closing some minor deal that he claimed gave the company exclusive access to China's domestic travel inventory.. and he has yet to deliver on that statement. He spends money for unnecessary travel and internal operations is so dysfunctional and inefficient it is funny. Having said that, sometimes losers win. I will believe they stand a chance of succeeding when they actually earn revenue and oh here is a novel thought maybe make a profit..... I can't even imagine that happening but wish them good luck.
