Thanks for your post. I thought you would enjoy the following e-mail I received from Mr. Sklar. I'm still waiting for my dividend. It would be interesting to compare notes.

We need to come out with the news which we have a lot. We will try to get one out every 10 days for the next few months. Things have been so hectic. Need about another 30 staff. Very had to fired 6 and hired 5. Looking for more. We have 15 in San Francisco, at the CTIA conference. Looking to cement a permanent contact with them. Could be worth a lot of cash to Winmax. Look at there members www.ctia.com We have 4 large contracts on the table. These organizations approach us. These 4 contracts for video and cell broadcasting could run into numbers that would exceed out projection. Both from ad revenue and video editing.

We expect the other divisions to exceed our projections. The one thing We thing we need to do is to spin off two divisions and pay a dividends to our share holders. This would do two things justify a fair price fro Winmax and allow our faithful shareholder to get there cash and a profit back and still own the stock. I can tell you all of this is in play.

this man is paranoid, he lies and believes his own words. re firing people, he never fires anyone, usually people quit, because he quits paying them without any notice. Each year he misses about 5-7 paychecks.

I thought you would find the following e-mail interesting. I had written Mr. Sklar about a few of your comments and received this reply. I actually have no idea who you are or how you came up with your insight into this company. If you’re comfortable answering this question, are you a previous WinMax employee and/or investor?

Come on. Gerald's response was almost visceral when asked about your comments. So...who are you? Any insight about how you know so much about GS and "WinMax Trading Group" would be appreciated.

Almost there we have people in Europe today delivering product. We are so short staffed; we have to concentrate on the company. Next will be a move of premises more staff. News releases, audits. We are on all of this.
