Gerald sklar teaches us the most basic rule of being a crook. Make promises you never intend to keep. Lie, and never pay anyone. Hide your money and deny any wrongdoing. There is ample information about the usual suspects in the Sklar group screwing gullible investors over and over again.
Gerald taught me personally that there is no bottom to which an individual will stoop to, morally or financially. The depth of this guy's character is that of a tea saucer, and his protege, little tony is following in daddy's footsteps.
All of this said, if you do indeed believe a word from gerald and his usual suspects, I've got some great investment deals for you too! |

We all have done our homework on the company. Past employees are all owed a lot of money, hence why they are all past employee's most of them left on their own terms. You can ask any past employee and they will tell you the same story. As for Gerald's business practice's the facts are all laid out in these two articles...
citronresearch.com/index.php/2003/11/20/
citronr esearch.com/index.php/2005/01/13/
Oh yes and that site is a creditable resource. Also, for a man who has been in business for over 20 years. Strange that non of his "starter" companies or subsidiary companies have turned a profit for it's shareholders. To me, thats a negative sign.
Also, Revenue Canada is looking into Gerald's shady business practices as well as other government institutions and law firms. So "Just an opinion" if you can provide proof and evidence that Mr.Sklar is running a legit business or has ran a legit business that exonerates his illicit reputation. We would all love to see the your facts. Those facts would really be helpful your shareholders. Otherwise, if you can't back your opinion with legit facts, then shut the f@ck up!!!! |

I just search his name on google from time to time to find out where he is. The last time I heard about him , he was on a pharmaceutical venture (fake again) leurring people into investing ina new drug that will big on the cure for some disases. Beware |

Thank you for warning. Such people destroy dreams of others.
Do you think he hasn't changed and is to continue such things in Winmax?
This company has fallen from the NASDAQ to the PINK-SHEETS in a very short period. Is he involved in here? Or could he be involved? |

| Unfortunately the entire history of this group of crooks was deleted from Raging Bull (another message board). Sklar and family have been pulling their scam for years. In fact, based upon the .o25 stock price, I predict the inevitable 50 to 1 reverse split. Look at the history. The amazing thing to me has always been just where Sklar continues to find suckers to buy more shares. The only value to this shell (WNMX) is in the use of it to bring more cash into the Sklar family. Also, there is a real possibilty that Gerry has been involved in the manipulation of other companies, specifically IMM. These are long stories. Sklar is a criminal who has been in trouble with stock exchanges for years. Unless you want to flush your money down the toilet I would stay away from anything this guy is involved with. |

| At essentially one cent per share after a 20:1 reverse stock split, I can't imagine a more stunning business failure. Gerald E. Sklar strikes again. |

|
|
| The things that some people have written here about how bad the "sklar's" are do not make sense. I have searched alot on the websites of Winmax, i.e. www.bnettv.com and www.thegemstore.com, and it would seem that they are doing very well. There are many independent websites that show the level of users on any given site, and according to some of them, they are really doing well. Also in the last press release they have quotes from independant company's saying how great they are. It seems that the people bashing this stock are probably "past employees" that are jealous, or people that have just lost money in the stock market. I guess those same people must lump Company Executives such as Jon Chambers, or even Scott McNealy, in to the same catagory since those executives lost Billions of dolars for investors. (BTW, Sun Microsystems did a reverse split as well and its done too) The only way your investments will ever been truely safe, is under your matress, and even then there is still risk. Ignore the bashers and do your own homework. |

John,
You've got to be kidding. We're talking about a penny a share after a 20:1 reverse stock split. Ever look into American Benefits Group? Same players, same sad story.

|

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - May 28, 2008) - bnetTV.com, Inc. (www.bnettv.com), a subsidiary of Winmax Trading Group, Inc. (Winmax) (PINKSHEETS: WNMX), met with Europe's leading Mobile companies at the Financial Times: Business of Mobile Conference in Brussels, Belgium, May 19-20, 2008. With the Mobile Internet growing six times faster that the Internet when it first began, everyone has questions. bnetTV's "on-the-ground" reporting team was on location speaking with industry leaders about how Europe is serving Mobile consumers and monetizing the industry. Visit www.bnettv.com to watch these and other interviews.
Key topics of discussion at the FT: Business of Mobile Conference included Mobile consumer behaviors, Mobile web adoption, Mobile engagement and best practices for Carriers and Operators.
bnetTV spoke with AdMob's Managing Director for the European Markets, Russell Buckley, who is also Chairman of the EMEA Board of Directors for the Mobile Marketing Association. Mr. Buckley spoke about mobile trends and search and discovery.
Jon von Tetzchner, CEO and Co-Founder of Opera Browser, discussed the differences between the business of mobile in Europe and the United States. Opera recently released a report on the global trends of Mobile surfing and found that consumer behaviors translate from the PC to Mobile showing that Social Networks rank in the top 10 most surfed sites.
Buongiorno's Matteo Montan discussed the results of their recent Cell Surfing study and concluded that where mobile really triumphs is in flexibility and mobility. In other words, the mobile fits seamlessly into the user's lifestyle, where as the PC demands that the user and their lifestyle must fit around a stationary, wired up object.
iO Global's VP of Marketing, Peter Northing, discussed their Three Screen trial that they are conducting in Los Angeles this summer. Mr. Northing pointed out that the purpose of their study is to assist brands in understanding how they can work far more effectively with customers and drive adoption.
Newcomer to the UK market, Blyk, a Mobile operator for 16-24 year olds, offers free calling and SMS in exchange for accepting advertising. Co-founder Antti Ohrling said that focusing on this demographic allows advertisers an opportunity to reach and engage one of the more challenging audiences after just seven months in business, making them the fastest growing youth medium in the United Kingdom.
Dr. Bernd Langeheine, Director of Electronic Communications for the European Commission, discussed establishing a regulating framework for Europe. Having a multitude of countries for which to create a competitive and prosperous business environment has its challenges. The newest initiative for the 27 members of the European Union is the regulatory framework governed by the Public Sector. Overall, the role of this body is to propose reform and streamline systems and suggest regulating fewer markets. One of the mandates that Dr. Langeheine also discusses is opening up more Spectrum in the European Market.
Michelle Sklar, Producer for bnetTV.com, said, "The most interesting aspect of Financial Times conference and the companies that we spoke with is that all in all, the Business of Mobile, is about developing a sustainable business model in order for the consumer experience to be satisfying and financially successful for the industry."

I could give you all of the information you wanted on Gerald Sklar!
You can find him in Calgary, Alberta 17Ave SE (Head office), as long as he paid the rent for this month!
Goggle the "old" Hart Family house, Calgary, Alberta; he only lives blocks away from there.
Michelle Sklar is his daughter - what an amazing person, or should I say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
Tony Sklar - Also Gerald’s son, he spends most of his time in NY
They do not pay their employees on time or at all. You can think and research all you want.... The Gemstore, Winmaxis, Bnet TV ECT, they are ALL A scams, be very careful.... |
