I'm looking to get in touch with wayne Ash
I use to work with him and i need to ask some question. I hope there is a e-mail or phone number or address to where he can be reached.

Dec. 21st 2007 special shareholders meeting re: 500/1 reverse split

Unico has filed a Schedule 14A Proxy Statement and scheduled a meeting on Dec. 21st in San Giego to vote on a 500/1 r/s.

Shareholders of record on 11/19 should be receiving proxy statements this week.

However you don't have to wait to vote NO.

The following information is from www.investorscob.com a free message board dedicated to UCOI.

This is a response to Stockminer who has some connections, Rapholz etc...

That would be great if Rapholz would pass on this information to his subscribers marked "urgent".

How to vote with your control number.

Step 1 - Call your broker and ask for your "control" number associated with your UCOI shares (if the representative seems confused, ask for the Re-org department or a supervisor).

Step 2 - If they can't give it to you right away, then ask for a return phone call "and" e-mail with the control number (I asked for both and received the phone call but not the e-mail).

Step 3 - Go to www.proxyvote.com or 1-800-454-8683 and vote.

As long as you have your control number you can vote. You don't need your proxy card number. Either one will do, but why wait for a card that you may or may not get.

I will be talking to our attorney today and will post accordingly.
