I knew it was a pipe dream after the reverse split was pulled. That is the last gasp of a company on the ropes.

If management is so damn proud of it's revenue and sales where is the Edgar filings showing P&Ls and other good info? I know they don't HAVE TO FILE but it sure would go miles for the investors, if this company would quit hiding it's finances and pulling the shades down. Clock and dagger only gets you so far with the investors.

BTW, we haven't heard a peep about any great contracts or new business since the reverse split Michael pulled to try to get the value above $5 bucks so he could get listed on the exchange. We see that failed miserably.

I think this stock is doomed to be an OTC pinksheet forever.

At least we don't have Michael's idiotic weekly rainbow and sunshine news releases anymore since Ralph took over.

Keep Michael in his artsy world with the rest of the dreamers and out of the business world with the movers and shakers. Throw him some artwork and a new BMW every now and then and tell him to move along.

Let the real men attend to business.

It's true we had a few bumps along the way but most people fail to realize you have to break a few eggs to make a successful company. Some people worked hard and have stayed and some chose to leave or were asked to leave. You can't tell everyone the truth all the time. Are you folks really that naive? Why can't everyone just recognize a winner when they see it instead of being vindictive and infantile. We can't be friends and you want to hurt me? Just because you didn't get things your way and things I promised didn't happen? Welcome to life. It happens sometimes.

I don't appreciate this one bit. I work hard for everything I have and have supported many people along the way trying to give people a chance. This truly shocks me the hatred some people have for my success.

This is a great company in spite of the sour grapes expressed by my fellow ex-employees. Truly sad. Truly sad.

I think it' terrible that ex-employees and associates of Mr.Lagoo would try to hurt him. There should be a law against hurting a CEO.

Michael hires friends and cronys to run his business hence his horrible personal judgement and abysmal performance as a CEO.

Word on the street is he has recently hired some ex-security staff from Nokia after they got sacked as thanks for their loyal service in throwing contracts and work his way.

Seems like it's typical good ol' boy management style here instead of sound business judgement.
