Taken from one of Sam's old posts---
"No one named the Longs has called or written our office. So try again. People do complain about things like drainage after a snowfall followed by rain that causes flooding just about everywhere, and especially in mobile home parks that have 5 plus homes per acre. They also complain about the rent increase which was not more then 5% in any of our parks, and was generally 4% or less. Out of 5200 families, probably more then 10,000 people, I recieved less then 20 written complaints about the rent increase. That is probably the same number of maintence complaints I get a year. I also have a theory that if everyone else is happy I must be unhappy. So better you are unhappy then me. Your resident can call me, 732-577-9997 ext 26. Sam"
There's his number, given out by him. If you have a problem with him, call it. It won't do any good, though. |

| If you do a bit of research, you'll find that Sam was more interested (in the first half of this decade) in the prosperity of Fleetwood Homes than of the company he was in charge of. This is just going by his online chat record. Fleetwood is now down to 3/share and UMH is slowly slipping in that direction. Maybe he should have kept his eye on his own ball instead of playing with someone elses. Just go on Yahoo and check the history of congresshill (sam). |

| Someone had my IP banned from this site. I obviously found a way back on. Posts by Sam are being deleted on the Yahoo boards. Why are they so scared of the truth? I guess Lil Sammy can't take constructive criticism. |

Here are partial responses by Sam posted on the Yahoo message board regarding his comment about the building inspectors suicide. They are only partial responses because he inexplicably had his own defense regarding the origional post deleted also. Here's the first;
"I asked to have it deleted because it was a hasty response to someone who was harrassing me. I never thought the post would be used to hurt the family of the suicide... "
We'll never know what the rest said because Sam asked to have it deleted.
Here's another posted two minutes later (this one's in full);
"And I din't say the building inspector committed suicide because he wished evil upon me. Read what I said, which I still regret, but is not as bad as what you say I said. Sam"
I wish I could read what you said Sam, but you had it deleted. You also had your defense to your post deleted, and your defense to your defense deleted. Too bad you can't contact Yahoo and ask that they delete all of the bad decisions you've made during your tenure as President of UMH. Stock might still be 16/share.
And as far as his second post goes, anyone that did read it before Sam had it deleted knows that that is exactly what he said. "The Monroe township building inspector commited suicide on his front lawn after wishing evil upon me. My enemies fall by the wayside"
Finally, Sam should really ask Yahoo to delete every post he's ever made. They are factually inaacurate, and the grammar and spelling is grade school at best. The good thing about all of this is that we won't be hearing from "congresshill" ever again. |

Stock closed at $9.75 today, should open at $6.50 or lower on Monday.
Dividend will be cut by 1/4. SAL is giving out the normal bull.
I brought these new people in at the top to save the company?
X skyline employees? Company is sinking........ |

| I guess I'll be the first one to say it. The reason this company has gone down the tubes so rapidly over the past year is because that Sam had a personal vendetta against the former Vice pres of Ops. He forced him out because he wasn't a yes man. He groomed one of his relatives to be the next in line and that didn't work out. He's got a good man in the position now, but how can you do a job knowing that your predecessor was canned for not being a yes man. The best case scenario would be that Eugene Landy would take over as Pres. and bring back the former VOP as a consultant, but that won't happen. Nobody on the board has the cajones to stand up to the Landys, so that means that the prediction of 6.50/share is more than realistic, it's optimistic. This company is going the way of Fleetwood, but quicker. |

| I don't own stock in Umh. I don't know anything about it. Is it a RV dealership? Why isn't Sam Landy fired? |

| Then the board has to step in. Just because it's the CEO's son doesn't mean squat. You have stockholders to think about. |

It's a REIT that owns mobile home parks. It was founded by Eugene Landy, who is the CEO. I think he's also the Pres. of monmouth REIT. He graduated from Yale and is a multi-millionaire. His son is semi-retarded and named Sam (yeah like the Sean Penn movie)
and is the pres of UMH properties INC. |

In the post on this or another board where the writer stated:
"It is Landys company, and they can do with it as they like.
This quote might have been true 30 years ago when the company was private but not after it was taken public on the naz and now on the American exchange where you have 1000+ of investors buying stock in the company..
The company now belongs to the stock holders where Eugene Landy is the major holder.
The only thing we can hope for is that the Board of directors will get off their duffs and demand action on behalf of the stock holders. They must remember that they do have liability for not taking action.
I know of no other corporation which has the amount of hostility that is shown against their President as what is shown against Samuel Landy. |

| Monday's the day that we learn that all of the ***ing over the past year wasn't due to naysayers or "disgruntled employees." Stock will go through the floor. And then once again when they finally decide what the dividend will be. Bye-Bye Sam! |
