As for Sam going, Listen up.
At a Corporate meeting last month, Mr Landy, God bless his soul, gave a talk, in whiich he told how his son Sam saved the company when he came on board. Some employees ate this up, which were few, vast majority did not.
They also toured the park at Somerset, EWL was not happy with what he saw, stamped concrete sidewalks and other un-neccesary expenses with reference to this expansion.
Question is, "Whese in the Hell was Sam. he made many trips to Somerset along with Ayal and left this type of construction go on.
OH,,,well blame this on Ayal who even has a serious problem speaking english.

Moday will be blood letting for UMH.
Sam will be on vacation, sick or just resting from a busy week end.

If they cut the div by .50 and stock drops to $5.00, that would still be a 10% return for a new investor. Can't see it. Look for the stock to settle in the 5 to 6 range with a dividend of 35 cents.

I think it is wrong that we have to live like this.We are promised our homes being fixed nothing ever gets done. We are lied to from people in the office ALL the time, but yet they continue to raise our rent. What do they do for us? None in that office know's what they are doing and that is a fact...........

It's not Tom Dollage... it's ]THOMAS (Tom) DOTAGE[/b]??? Don't bother calling him, because He Doesn't Exist! Phone calls to and messages for him...go nowhere. Mail addressed to him is never opened...it goes right into the trash.

"THOMAS (Tom) DOTAGE" is the name of a fictitious person Sam Landy concocted. He hides behind it, so he doesn't have to deal with any "flack". Has anyone ever noticed who signs the Annual Rent Increase Letters? It's THOMAS DOTAGE!

I wonder what other non-existent employees Sam Landy has on the payroll???

I want to see Tom Dotage appointed as the next President of UMH.
Since he is "factitious" and was the breeding of Sam Landy, he would be better than and held in higher esteem that the present holder of the office.

When you buy a brand new home from UMH of course the price being jacked up sky high. The home is not even 7 months old yet, who takes care of the cracks in the walls? Is it UMH(the park u live in) Or you have to take care of it yourself.?

I read my mail and tell Sam all about the complaints. (when he's in) It's not my fault that Eugene had a mentally-challenged son. Now I have to deal with the fact that UMH is going to be selling to anyone to increase their occupancy in the coming year. They have a 10 mil credit line and they're not afraid to use it. It sounds like UMH is going to get into it's own "sub-prime lending crisis." The only people who held onto their stock are those that are calmed by the older landy's voice. (i.e. when he comes down from on high to make a conference call) In closing, if you have a problem with the rent increase, don't ask for me. Ask for Sam.

Now you guys have done it. You have gone ands got old Tom Dotage fired. Hope you are happy now. After all the years he has spent taking the phone calls from the residents complaining about the rent increases that Sam said he newver receives. Never to be heard from again.
It will be interesting to see who signs the letters now?

You know, we blame this on Sam, BUT, Eugene left it go on and thought it was OK.
Now, we know the rest of the story, as Paul Harvey would say.

Before the new park manager became manager, he was a decent person. Guess what now he is X-----Snipped (personal attack)-----X. WHat are they going to do now? If is funny because he used to talk about the previous manager...........SHAME SHAME JOHN!!! Look in the mirror.
