I see two problems here:

* the board is inactive and none talks in here any more;
* the company can blame itself that none wants to know anything on it at all. It has destroyed everyhting it has touched over years.

So the conclusion is the following: don't touch this company because it will destroy you as well.

Able just had some several difficult years because of the stagnation in the market and that's it. I think we will be able to see the recover after the end of the financial crisis all over the world.

Hello. Actually, I would like to disagree with you. Smart investors do not invest their money in companies if a person working there seems to be nice. It's really important to look at the financial situation in the company as well.
In this case, the Able Energy is in a hard situation. The company's debts exceed the assets they have. And even if Able sold all their inventory, it would not be able to cover this sum.
This is a very bad sign for investment. So be careful with this one.
In addition, one more bad thing about the company is that its value in the market is negative.
All in all, Able Energy is a Pink Sheet company right now, so it's associated with high-risk investment.

Although I am not stating that Mr. Nocito is a bad person, just your statement makes me doubt about acquiring the stock. That's it.
