I do not believe Mr. Cipkowski's style of management is effective. He is never in the office when one is trying to get a hold of him, he takes too many "business" trips on the companies dime to function as a successful manager, and sales have been way too far down for this particular company. He seems to defend the losses every year with talking in circles and plainly stating that the upcoming year will be better.
