"So what Oilsands Quest is doing - is extracting oil from oil sands"

They are not a producer. They are not extracting anything yet.

And on a per barrel of officially indicated resources, are the most expensive way to buy a barrel of bitumen (which is what is extracted from oilsands). On a per barrel of recoverable bitumen they are selling in the market at over 10 times the price of other oilsands companies.
