Mr. van Wijhe is totally incompetent as a general manager / CEO. He lacks true business sense, never seems to touch base to reality, doesn't have any communication skills and has no budget planning/forecasting abilities whatsoever. He can't manage nor support his senior staff and has a total disrespect for his personel (he feels employees are a 'necessary evil'). He hasn't been able to turn 'his' company into a profitable business for over a period of more than 3 years and the financial disaster Commodore finds itself in is totally due to his ill-judgement and performances as CEO and his ignorance.
Besides being incompetent, and even worse, Mr. van Wijhe is a pathalogical liar - to his personel, staff, fellow boardmembers, partners, investors and even the press.
Nobody within Commodore understands why this man is still in the 'driving seat' of that company and why the investors didn't replace him yet for a solid and experienced General Manager. Or Big Bird for that matter.
Unbelievable that nobody of his personel didn't talk to the press yet to tell the real story.

I undersigned Mike Freni is not with Commodore anymore since Oct 2005. Also Rene Vlak and Michael Koridon are no longer a member of the board or management since 2005.

Who is who and who is telling a lie. its about a lot of money and involvements, its about the position of Tulip (take a look to there balance sheets), the position of mr. van Wijhe, the liabilities of (old) board members, share prices and most important; where is the money and where are the products. almost 2-3 Years of company presence and no products on the market and old and not working stuff called commodore world. Can someone tell me the truth how many shares has been issued at this moment, i think the remaining part has been issued also. is there no one who protect all shareholders in this matter? where is the money coming from to pay the salaries. can someone tell if this Phillar company has been now acquired and what about the other companies that has been acquired, what is remaining of this? why can we only read lies on internet and what about these IPO's, the sns security report, and so on. anyway coming from the belgium friends clan you can expect everything - especially bankruptcy and share manipulation for just a select group and just for there benefits alone. There is not noted somewhere that van Wijhe has done something positive in his life not anything only one big mess and yes indeed a lot of lies, but lets not forget the others in this matter,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

take a look at fembusiness.nl (search on Commodore and you have to translate from dutch), ask former employees and of acquired companies, SupportPlus, Samsen Group (main shareholder of Phillar), ask shareholders of acquired companies, factories, banks, shareholders and customers and you will know Ben van Wijhe
