i have 31250 shares in pacific media plc. dating from march 2000. are they still valid or should i have had them changed to responzetv plc. i have had no correspondence regarding this matter.

I am contacting the Serious Fraud Squad & the FSA because I believe there is more than meets the eye regarding the dubious operations of Pacific Media & Responzetv Plc. If any other investors who have lost out want to contact me then I think a concerted effort on our part will open up an investigation which might throw some further light on what has happened with the funds of this Company.

I bought shares in Pacific Media in 2003. I thought they became less when taken over. Since then I thought the shares were pretty worthless and am only recently checking on my investment. The shares were only .42p when I bought them, so received a large amount for a small sum. All I am now finding is the company is insolvent. Please can someone inform me of what is going on?

Hi i have shares also in Pacific Media, as this company now disolved? Are we entitled to any sort of compansation?

I agree, there are many many small shareholders who have lost out considerably. I agree that there could be something dubious about the company given that it was delisted & now not trading, when all the indications pointed that the company was trading well ... let me know what you propose..cheers

I own 75 shares in Responze TV Plc which was previously known as Pacific Media so the shares are the one and the same.

I dd originally have 128,000 shares in Pacific Media PLC but in 2006 new shares were issued on the basis 25 new ordinary shares for 40,000 old ordinary shares with odd shares being lost.

I would happily support any FSA or Police Fraud Dept investigation as clearly something not right here.

From another blog, unconfirmed, the Company is still trading as a private Company on the OTC market in USA with head office in Florida. Apparently a Broker called Harvey & Baxter Asset Management involved who I am told are on FSA Warning List

Hi I've stumbled across this blog whilst trying to dig up details of Pacific media. From what I've seen up to now it does sound as though they've 'divied up', I only had a small stake, but would like to know more.

I have just found some old shares for what was once pacific media. Thought I had lost them. Can someone please explain what is happening have I lost the money I invested? I have had no contact from the Company and I have been reading older posts about people saying they were going to bring in the serious fraud squad! Whats the lastest news?
