How do you expect to any sell NEW homes? There's no "curb appeal".
Where's the maintenance? There is none.
The lots of the NEW homes are a mess...the leaves haven't been cleaned up since Fall of 2007 and where this is any grass left, it's knee high and hasn't been mowed all year. The empty lots are even worse!
Sam, what is wrong with you? Don't you think it's about time you take some interest in your properties and make a surprise visit? If so, maybe you'll see what a "wonderful job" you new "Professional Managers" are doing. |

You sure are right about UMH communities and the appearance of same, BUT, as Sam said, "I have moved sales people in as the managers of these mobile home parks."
Residents are now expected to clean up the leaves that fall on their site.
As said in the past, Sam Landys knowledge and managment skills leave a lot to be desired. Guy just don't got it and never will. |

The residents take care of their property. Because UMH doesn't take care of their property and the common areas, it drags the entire community down and makes it look shabby. The time will come, when the residents won't care either! |

| MAINTENCE, PARK MANAGER? MORE LIKE LAZY BUMS TOO ME....... There is no respect here in the park..... The kids walk through every ones and lot and when I tell the office I am complaining they say.......WELL GUESS WHAT I WAS HERE FIRST and MY MONEY IS THE SAME......... |
