WHy is it that people buy a new home after me and get there titles in NO time? I was living in a so called park two months before other ppl moved in and I till this day have no title. I told the office well other homes down there got theres and they said NO THEY DID NOT... I AM NOT STUPID, I asked the people...WHY LIE ABOUT IT... EVER SINCE I MOVED IN HERE NOTHING but PROBLEMS........

If you bought it from the previous owner, go after them. If you bought it new from UMH, they probably lost the Title. It won't be the first time..it happens very often. GET AN ATTORNEY!
