I have bought 1000 RQI.F shares through AMG Zurich.

I have found out that the company offers people shares at US 50cents per share. This stock seems to be fake. Any ideas on how to investigate further or get my money back.

Yes, it looks like Terra Med is good and AMG Zurich are ok.

For a while there thought it was going wrong.

However my share certs. Reg S arrived in the post from Terra Med in Denver, Colarado.

I now need to wait for the price to go up enough and then remove the restrictions as a non-us person and sell.

Also picked up 10,000 at 50cents per share direct from Terra Med, have to hold these for 12months.

How do you sell Reg S shares? How do you make them tradable?

These shares are not restricted but yes I had the same problem with my shares. I immediately contacted AMG Zurich payed them an extra 100Euros to have the restrictions lifted, which was done within one day. After that I sold them. It was that easy. AMG Zurich Terra Med stock Excellent.

I got contacted yesterday by phone very similar set up to when i was phoned last year with USOG

I asked for some details was given some mans CV and a photocopy of his driving license or something

I dont trust cold calls at the best of times and I wont be investing

Georgina phoned me today direct from Zurich sexy voice she had a lat night last night though, maybe she was out clubbing on Champagne

If your cold called and offered a share at lower than the market price on the basis of the company is wanting you on board as a regular client so they are giving you a so called banker that is gonna double and then they ask you to invest 8000 euros and you say wow no way and they say how sensible well how about 4000 or even 2000,, hang up the phone

I also got talked into buying 3500 RIQ.F shares through Trent for 1.50 Euro. The guys were Robert Sanders, Rodger Turner and a few others from Korea. I was told I would have to hold themuntil October. When I contacted them the said they woud refund my money as they could not sell small volumes.

They have since stopped replying to any mails.
Suggest you do NOT invest, unless you want to lose money
Also call continually by Bob Baldwin direct from Terramed....or so he said still offering at 50 cents ???

Am certian this is only a valuable lesson for me not to be so stupid.
Be cautious when others are greedy is all I can say.

I called the management of their "office" in Seoul and they are a Virtual Customer - basically using this address and location as a front. I am pursuing it further

Some smooth talker called me today to sell me this crap. Do not buy this stock it i a scam. How can these people be stopped? How do they have my tel no. Dont buy TerraMed its worthless shit.

I´m also in on these crappy stocks and I´m determent to hunt these guys even if I have to travel around the globe. Anyone got any idea how to do it?

Perhaos we could use Facebook, MySpace and other communities to gather more people who have been fooled and then together hire someone who could do this investigation for us? Let the investigators get a part of what has been invested for example.

It must be possible to get the company details out from the banks used for wiring the money for example. I´ve taken the matter to the police, waiting for an answer.

Let´s all gather and act against these criminals!

No answer!
I will try to call them on the phone but I think it would be useless.

Yes they are still calling people - yesterday I received a call from a "David Reynolds" guy.
I would be tempted to believe that they are based in South-East Asia although their address is in Seoul: the first caller (a lady) to get my details to send a brochure was definitely not Korean, but South-East Asian, maybe Filipino or Thai.

Hi everyone,
I have been reading posts about people buying US shares.
PLEASE, PLEASE dont be fooled as I was. 3 years ago I was conned out of nearly £40,000 by 2 different boiler rooms. Both guys were very plausable in their selling power, promising very high rewards for holding restricted stock that I would need to hold for 1 year. It is now 3 years and I am unable to sell a thing. I have contacted US financial agencies and have discovered nothing at all can be done. It has been a very costly experience and I would hate anyone else to go through what I have.

Very plausible seller my wife went down bank ready to give them 6k but she had some difficulties and next time they phoned I told them I'm not comfortable with it, they werent best pleased after all there phone calls and posting me out details by special delivery

Terrible People who do this stuff Really Evil People They will get ther come uppance come judgement day, no fear of that
