Run a quick credit check on this company prior to possible investment - tangible net worth of (£2.5m) intangible net worth of +£7.5m propped up by circa. £10m 'goodwill'??
Can anyone explain how this goodwill can be part of formal accounts?? without it company appears to be running at large loss???
