Hi everyone,
I have a theory as to why Mr. Cooper does not return calls and why all calls to Rick Fass are referred to Mr. Cooper for company information.
It is as follows:
1. The company might be doing well and Mr. cooper cannot devulge the specifics.
2. Mr. Cooper does not know his job and obligations to the share holders relative to keeping them informed.
3. In the past two months, more stock had been traded than the available float and this is understandable because of the traders who are in and out and in again and this activity in the stock might make Mr. C. feel uncomfortable and does not want to be accused of leaking information.
4.Mr. C. does not want the company taken over and he and his staff would be "OUT".
