Rent increase

Well, they just raised our rent by $20.00 a month with at least 12 new homes empty that they are trying to sell.
There is an over-55 community one mile away that is building more units that are selling.
Very poor management here.

Live in the same park. This place started to go down hill when they brought a relative in to run it. That spelled the end of this place.

The Carlisle Pa parks.
They had good people here at one time, about 30 homes sold in two years.
They got rid of the head guy, and than others, brought in this guy Ayal.
That was the end. People who were going to buy backed out. Now the present residents don't have anything good to say to anybody that comes in to look around. They havn't sold anything here in years.

Hmm...sounds like then park in New Jersey. Bad management, homes not selling, office staff unprofessional, rents raised too high.

Probably a managers meeting again. Maybe someone else is being fired. The management at the Jersey park should be canned. He dosn't do anything anyways but sit in his office and the woman in the office...boy what a mouth on her , she should be canned just for that.
