This is a great company and a great idea. I'm baffled to why people have any doubt they're concept isn't going to fly... no pun intended. Your headline was poorly picked. It's sad your article got onto any news worthy site with one as such. As an electrical engineer that works in the utility industry (in the northeast) this concept seems really solid. Anymore our lazy consumer oriented country rarely gets an idea that will make it globally like this anymore.

BCON's long term chart might be construed to be a symmetrical triangle. Quarter-over-quarter net loss has been increasing and revenues have been declining dramatically.

It may be awhile yet, but I would think a company like General Electric has everything Beacon needs to lift off big time ... money, manufacturing and marketing savvy.
Beacon's website is extremely effective in educating a novice like me and the management team appears to be solid.Too, Beacon's business mission fits the needs of the times. Good luck!
