I researched, and yes, it seems he is still with Xethanol, but now they are operating under a new name, Global Energy Holdings, stock symbol GNH. A quick research of press and backgrounds show that he has hired a good team to surround himself with. For as cheap as this stock is, I wouldn't call these guys as "out of the game", I think they might be leveraging themselves to hit one out of the ballpark. If you look at Ames past accomplishments he looks like someone who has really been a forerunner to many things that have helped pushed this country forward. I think I'll be taking advantage of the low price and see where it goes. Wish me luck all!

So has this company changed its business plan that they have a different name? What happened to them? I have lost in tracking what this company is performing right now.

How are they performing? What a question to ask, no business is performing in this market Wizard. Their original market play was corn based ethanol, but once Ames took over that seems to have changed. You can't tell by research info just what they are up to. Delah said it right, its so cheap, for a few cents you can own a whole lot of shares, its either going to be a winner, or you lost a buck! You could actually accumlate a lot of stock for the pennies the bids at. I like cheap stock and this company is cheap..... Corn, trash who cares, if I can make a pile off pennies I'll do it all day long.
