Bruce is very focused on success and drives for perfection. He delivered as promised to the CEO's that I know he has worked for. One thing about him is he handles everything with the utmost integrity and is a no nonsense person.

I worked with Bruce for many years and if there was anyone at NCR that is more ethical and has the highest standards of integrity I would be shocked. He is a tough leader but plays fair and plays by the rules.

I believe whomever "guest" is must be a former employee of Bruce's who was a poor performer and got told as such. Bruce is not a visionary who dreams up flashy stuff- he's a hard hat guy who gets things done on time and under budget. At NCR he cut cost and helped boost profits ( and helped save the company) so that R&D teams have headway to try new things.

He is as ethical as it gets and is a guy who thrives on down and dirty management. He does not like attention and hates shaking hands but he is the real deal.

I have worked with Bruce for many years. He is a stand up person. He manages firmly, recognizes employees when the recognition is due, and has proven his leadership qualities. Most people who have spoken or commented poorly about him were probably poor performers who were redeployed.

This guy is great and I dont like it when people simply lie about the facts.

what about NCR? what is the situation in the company?

I have worked with and for Bruce for many years. Stand up person. Tough but fair and through the toughness is a heart of gold. I was disappointed he left NCR to go with Teradata but I would think in the end Mark Hurd will pluck him to HP one of these days.
