I worked with this guy for a couple of years and would say that his management style is, well, there isn't one really. NK is a supreme mandarin, a politician of the highest order who knows how to schmooze. But in my time I couldn't say that the guy made a decision that you could hang your hat on. NK tended to leave the analysis, grunt work and conclusions to others. Some call that decision by consensus, others decision by default.

Stockman, where have you found such information? Is it your personal opinion?

Kheraj spread false rumours of losses at barclays capital to save his own job. In early may 2006, bob diamond and john varley received misconduct allegations against kheraj. immediately false rumours of losses at barclays capital began - kheraj was trying to have the misconduct allegations against him dismissed by spreading false rumours about barclays capital thereby he could claim the false rumours and the misconduct allegations against him were part of a plot to drive down the share price. Kheraj is selfish, unscrupulous and out and out self serving. he should have been dismissed without salary for breach of his employment contract. To prevent the FSA moving in on him, he is now working (half a day a fortnight) for the fundamentally supine agency.

i agree with stockman1423 except the part that they said good at his job,if good at your job means yelling at people and being a total jerk to everyone;i guess you could say hes good.
honestly though i think he is poor at being a father and a worker
