Look at your own past, Tony... same time period.
Tim was (and still is) a well-educated and loved entrepreneur.
You were just an employee who stole from him and was caught.

Julie lets get the facts straight...Tim accused me of taking $300.00, but was in his safe the whole time; it got mixed in with the overage by mistake.
The fact is Tim needed a fall guy, so if he ever got audited by the IRS he would have his way out.
Julie, next time you accuse someone of being a thief you should first know that person and second know the facts.

I am Tim's American ex wife. Julie? honey, you are dissolusioned by a man who makes his living off of other people's money. This is a man that left 2 children behind after he promised to take care of them until they were 18, they were 9 and 11 when he left, after 7 years of being their stepdad. He paid me some money for a short while, after i helped him make a ton of money in Orlando. And don't think for a second that he wasn't bringing untaxed dollars home every night. My children have never recieved anything but a letter asking us never to contact him again. They are both adults now, 1 puts herself through college, the other has 2 children of her own. It was tough for me to go from riches to rags, im sure all of those struggling single mom year's meant nothing to him.He is a relenless, never look back kind of person. He is full of something, but it isn't character.

I worked for Tim at JJ Whisperâs as one of his many GMâs in Orlando, Florida. He has a good mind if it were not for his extreme greed. As it goes Tim will do anything and everything to put you down if you donât follow and obey his every wish. I feel for Michelle and her two kidsâ, she didnât deserve what she went though nor did the other people that had the misfortune of meeting Mr. Patterson-Brown. I sure wish I could give my name but Tim is still alive.

You are advised not to work for this individual. He is prepared to terminate your employment without reason or notice, and without even the courtesy of contacting you...before you try and check in at the airport!
A true waste of space!

I don't think he is such a nasty guy.
I think the opposite. He is really nice and helpful.

Tim is lucky that i have kept my mouth shut for so many year's. I could always you tube "OUR WEDDING" video... or worse! But Tim has freind's in shady places. People who cruise around w/body guard's, And refuse to sit with their backs to a window, But had no problem sitting me there. There seem's to be quite a few "fall guy's" in Tim's life, including me and my children...his step children. I wish i were "imagining" my life after Tim. This is harsh reality! Who has the nerve to have his accountant call me to get the name of "his" divorce attorney? I mean really, Who does this? Stupid me. I was told not to get an attorney. My children and I would alway's be taken care of. Oops! gotta go, Bill collector's are calling.

Mr. Tim Paterson-Brown broke a legal contract with my brokerage co. in the mid 90's. He is not to be trusted. He will con you into believing he is forthright and honerable, When in reality, he is a greedy Scotsman who left a friend of mine to raise her children alone, apparently soon after he received his green card as a result of the marriage. He still owes me money. I have tried to, without succession to sue him, but he apparently travel's about like a gypsy. I'm curious about his dealing's in Saudi. My suggestion to whom ever has business with Tim, is simply Not to!

I am not sure where a lot of you get your facts from. Those that say they personally know him sound bitter due to some sort of personal relationship fallout or a disgruntled employee with a dubious history. From my research in a business environment which quite frankly is all investors care about, over the years dealing with Mr Paterson-Brown have yielded many investors with tangible returns.
It is sad to this forum used to unfairly berate a man's personal life when this space should be used for discussion on the performance of the stock and analysis of corporate performance.

Very small cap company, mkt cap is 35 millionâ¦.avg volume is around 75k-100k a day. Starting to trend up. Probably a dead cat bounce. I would be scared to buy, probably a pump and dump scheme. Not making any money, no cash flow from operating activities all cash flow is from financing in 2007, only 100 employees.
Only buy if you can get out very, very fast.

wtf!...Facts are facts! Why don't you do a little research of your own. Tim has repeatedly lost money for many year's with many different companys. I think "versed" may be Tim trying desperately to change this site to a more positive outcome for himself. not working so much for ya...tsk tsk
