Mr. Ralph McRae feels like he knows how to run the business, but some of the decisions are more than questionable. Like the decision to bring his wife on "in a temporary" position. That was over a year ago, and although she was only working 1/2 a day a week, I'm sure she was getting paid a hefty "contract" fee. He is very hot blooded and makes decisions on his emotions, then changes when he cools down. Not a very steady person to be running an unsteady company.
