He is comletely unqualified to run a bank - just look at his education and work history. He has never stayed in one place more than 3 years, with the exception of his first job at Security Pacific Bank.

SBBT was insane to put him in place as CEO and I guarantee he will not have a long and distinguished career at that bank. Just take a look at the Yahoo! message board for PCBC. Many disgruntled people there. And apparently four out of four people on this website have rated him "poor".
