Richard is a good name for this man, we call him DICK!! Suits him well-- beware of him, he may fix your company but he will take everyone down in the process including the FOUNDER of the company who he basically pushed out of the picture because he thinks he's the best thing since buttered bread apparently. Not to mention, if you arent a company with employees who all look like they just walked out of a corporate ofc in New York don't expect to be treated with any dignity or respect by this man!! Hopefully you don't have curly hair either because he prefers it straight. I could go on all day... i have no good words for this man besides he does what he's paid to do but half of your company will be fired and replaced before he's done with it, if you are a CEO thinking of recruiting this man-- just remember he had the power to take down thr founder/ceo and his wife Mr and Mrs. Dr. Kissinger in his most recent ploy and he will do it to you just to be at the type-- he is money/power hungry-- enjoys exotic weapons and gracious woman (he really said that) if you aren't gracious, don't expect to get a response from him-- at least not a positive one!
