It's already been said he can't guide his own personal finances, how is he able to guide and profit share holders finances and earnings? "On April 19, 2001, Mr. Metter filed a petition in personal bankruptcy in the District of Connecticut, Bridgeport Division, and was discharged on December 14, 2001." On Dec. 18, the company announced that for the week ending December 10, 2008, its product reached No. 19 on the Jordan Whitney Top 60 Direct Response Spots for the same week.

Great news, I would dare to say but why doesn't the stock rise up?

Reverse Split of 100 to 1 took this stock from .22 to .11 in a matter of days and the late 10k has pissed off alot of longs

I feel at .10 its a Great Buy time..

SPNG appears to be a massive pump and dump scam that includes the likes of Vanity Equity Holdings, GetFugu, and Health Matrix. These companies, many of which have any revenue whatsoever, are being financed to move money around and financed to create share dilution that is being sold into a pumped up market. SPNG has over 722 Million shares in the market today and the shares originated in teh market through teh financing of a questionable company owned and operated by Michael Metter who just so happens to be the CEO of SpongeTech. How did Metter get his money? It is a good question considering that Metter filed for personal bankruptcy in 2001.

Does anyone know if the transfer agent is still gagged? Anyone know why the A\S has been upped to 3 BILLION shares? Anyone have any info. regarding the SEC investigation of SPNGE? Why was the E added?
