Mike is not only personable, but he drive the most from his people using his management style. He sets the goal high and encourages you to reach, jump or figure out how to get to it. When you don't get very far up to the goal, he will coach you, explore other ways to acheive the goal and then you jump again. After serveral tries, he understands your limits and praises you for trying. You have to have the will and desire to try and try hard. Using this approach, you will have acheived a higher reach and build trust in Mike. That being said, he will assess your capabilities and possibily find somebody else to do the job. I have not seen him "Take over". He is a team player and smart in assessing the situation

Good morning, everyone...
This is the first time I am on this site and it's really nice that this MB is active.
Is there anyone owning stocks of MMS?
I have lots and they can't stop making me amazed!
